FHRJ is a dependable manufacturing enterprise focused on the production of high performance carbide rotary burs. Headquartered in Simen Town, Yuyao, Zhejiang, FHRJ has over two decades of experience in the grinding tools industry. Our 20,000 square meter factory is staffed by more than 200 highly dedicated workers. They are in charge of operating over 500 advanced pieces of manufacturing equipment, including our 5-axis CNC grinding machines to process outstanding products with incredible efficiency. The annual production capacity of our factory is 80 million pieces.
Our carbide rotary burs are produced under our Golden Eagle brand and are processed to meet many different specifications. The products are exported to Germany, America, and the United Kingdom. Each tool conforms to GB/T9217-2005 standards.
Carbide rotary burs are designed for compatibility with high-speed electric grinders or pneumatic tools. A carbide bur is suitable for finishing jobs for all kinds of metal mold cavities by cleaning up flash, burrs, and weld joints. Our products are necessary tools for the completion of high quality castings, forgings, and welding processes. They effectively remove excess materials, rounded edges, and grooves in mechanical components. The rotary burs can also be used for sculptures made of metal and non-metal materials. FHRJ carbide rotary files have been widely used in many different applications by customers all around the world and play an important part in optimizing the processing efficiency and quality of finished products.
In 1995, the company was established and began manufacturing carbide rotary burs.
In 2000, FHRJ expanded the plant and moved to the Simen industrial zone in Yuyao.
In 2010, FHRJ registered the brand "Golden Eagle". The products were praised by customers
In 2010, we introduced dozens of 5-axis CNC grinding machines in our factory.
In 2013, we were granted a customs registration certificate and undertook foreign orders.
In 2015, FHRJ enlarged the plant again and the area was expanded to 20000 m2.
In 2016, we introduced many 5-axis CNC grinding machines to expanded output capacity.
